Arthur D. Little appoints Florian Forst as Partner and Head of Financial Services in Central Europe

Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Florian Forst has joined the company as a Partner and Head of Financial Services for Central Europe. Based in Munich, Florian has over 20 years of experience advising Financial Services senior executives and decision-makers in strategic changes, enabling them to achieve tangible results.

Although a lawyer by training, Florian started his career with McKinsey & Company in 2000, supporting leaders of financial institutions across Europe and the UK. In 2007 he moved to UniCredit Group, where he developed and lead their inhouse consulting unit supporting the Group across Europe in highly demanding growth, restructuring and change projects. In 2016 he joined zeb consulting, where he advised senior leaders of International and European universal banks, German private banks, financial services infrastructure providers, and private equity firms investing into financial services.
